Planning Your Appointment

When you call, have the address ready and say what the water is doing. A line that is still spraying is a different call from a toilet that runs at night. If you already shut the water off, say so, because the plumber will need it back on to test the repair. On a well system, say whether the pump is still cycling and whether you have any pressure at the fixtures at all.

Access matters more than distance up here. Unpaved driveways, steep grades, snow and ice on a shaded road, a locked gate on a ranch property or a dog in the yard all change how long a visit takes. AZ-69, AZ-89, AZ-89A and the Senator Highway are useful for describing where you are, but scheduling depends on the provider and the actual property address.
